Phaestias Villas 2

"Phaestias Villas" is a group of five independent residences for holidays, that is located 1 kilometer far from the biggest, sandy beach of southern Crete (kalamaki-Komo). It is built at the foot of a quiet hill  with amazing view on the mountain, the sea and  the sunset. It abstains 1 kilometer from the traditional village Kamilari and is located near the archaeological sides of Faistos, Gortys, Agia  Triada, Matalla and Komo. Nearby are the seaside places Matalla, Agia Galini, Lenta. In the around region they exist traditional villages where become at all the duration of summertime events and traditional feasts with music and dancing.

Each villa has two floors with two bedrooms, a big bathroom with hydro massage, ham am, home - spa and hair-dryer, a second bathroom, a kitchen completely equipped and a living room with a fireplace that it can be transformed into a third bedroom in case of staying of 6 persons. There is air condition (refrigeration-heating), TV satellite, DVD, hi-fi system, washing machine, microwave, electric iron, safe and barbeque. Each villa is surrounded from a garden of 800 m2, it has a private swimming-pool with hydro massage, children's swimming-pool, playground and private parking. All the villas are built, furnished and decorated according to the Greek tradition, but at the same time they dispose all the comforts to the visitor.

In a short distance you will find cafeterias, snack bar with rich breakfast, pizzerias, taverns-restaurants with traditional Greek cooking, mini - markets, rent a car, taxi station and tourist shops.   

The group abstains from the airport and the harbour of Heraklion 65 km.
